The biggest attraction of Tivat and the Bay of Kotor is surely the Marina Porto Montenegro, nestled between mountains and vast fjords, which is considered the most exclusive marina on the Adriatic coast. With regard to the long tradition, sailing is a very popular sport in Montenegro. Sailing Federation of Montenegro, in cooperation with 9 sailing clubs along the coast, organizes a large number of regattas for sport and cruising sailboats.

What will surely mark the start of the season in Montenegro is the prestigious world class sailing regatta RC44 Cup, hosted by Porto Montenegro. Taking place over the second week of April, 10 to 14 April.

The Racing Tour will continue in Croatia - ADRIS 44Cup (29 May-2 June), then the event three in Sweden - 44Cup MARSTRAND (9 to 13 July). After Sweden, the Racing tour will continue in Portugal - 44Cup CASCAIS (2-6 October).
The fifth and final event of 2019 44Cup will take a place in Palma de Mallorca, Spain - 44Cup PALMA (13-17 November).
