Ten years after the opening of Marina Porto Montenegro, another exclusive marina opened in Tivat - Marina Luštica Bay, which is the central point of this nautical settlement.

Deset godina nakon otvaranja Marine Porto Montenegro, u Tivtu je otvorena još jedna ekskluzivna marina - Marina Luštica Bay, koja predstavlja centralnu tačku ovog nautičkog naselja. 

Njena jedinstvenost se ogleda u tome što je izgrađena na potpuno infrastrukturno neopremljenom terenu, zalivu Trašte. U ovom zalivu u zimskom periodu talasi dostižu visinu i do 7 metara, pa su izgrađena dva lukobrana kako bi marina bila maksimalno zaštićena.
